Comcast, why o why....

I dont use BitTorrents but alot of people do, like Mark Padel-sky who downloads massive amounts of _____ (yeah j/k haha). Any way those who use comcast as their ISP might be in for some trouble as Comcast is halting some traffic. It is being said that comcast might actually be breaking the law.
